NEW WATER PLANT

Enkur March 9th 2012: a new water plant has been inaugurated in the rural village of Kasupally (Enkur) in the southern area of the district of Khammam. The mineral water plant is now facilitating the access to pure water to 400 families of the remote and dry village to more than 3000 poor people.
The whole village, surpanch chief of the village, womens laders and self help groups participated to the inauguration in a joyful feast and public gathering.
The water commitee has been created and is composed by 5 members elected democratically among the inhabitants of the village representing all castes, gender and religion.
